Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). All data collected in connection with the use of this website is processed on Vercel’s servers.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Vercel.

The processing through essential cookies is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The processing through analytics cookies only takes place with your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
5. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
We only process personal data where permitted by law or where you have consented to the data processing.
Purposes of processing:
- Provision of the website
- Processing of enquiries (e.g. via contact forms)
- Analysis of user behaviour (see “Tracking”)
5. Contact Form
When you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact data you provide, are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

6. Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Tag Manager is used to manage website tags via an interface. The tool itself (which implements the tags) does not process any personal data of users. The Tag Manager merely triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. When using the Tag Manager, Google only receives information about whether and how a tag was triggered.

7. Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity, a web analytics tool provided by Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA), to better understand user behaviour on our website. Clarity enables us to analyse mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling behaviour.
Microsoft also processes personal data in this context (e.g. IP address, device information). Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy from time to time to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements.
11. Newsletter and Email Marketing
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address exclusively to send you regular information about our team events, offers, and promotions. Registration uses the double opt-in procedure: after signing up, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. Only after this confirmation will your email address be added to our distribution list.

Service Provider for Delivery
Newsletters may be sent via an external service provider such as Resend, Mailchimp, Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), or similar providers. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with these providers.
Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by sending an informal message to the contact address listed above. After unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from the distribution list, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
